The boys have been so excited for our New Years Eve party. I have bags for them to open every hour with lots of fun activities. They have been talking about the party for the last few weeks. I am so excited to have the boys answer all kinds of questions about this last year for our yearly scrapbook. It is so fun to remember all of the memories through ther eyes. I am so lucky to have been blessed with these 4 amazing little boys. I can't wait to make lots of new memories during 2015!! (Disney here we come)
I LOVE these boys. We had such a good time tonight. We decorated cookies, played board games (my favorite was Disney Cranium), played video games, watched a movie and then the ball dropped. HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!

Christmas morning
December 25, 2014
Merry Christmas!
The boys slept until 8am!! I got up early with Aaron and Tae and was able to get their pictures done before Nick and Keagan came down. Aaron and Tae were easily overwhelmed and only opened one present each in the morning. They sure were cute sitting in their chairs by the tree. Nick and Keagan were so patient with Tae and Aaron, they are the best big brthers ever!!!

After they opened their presents it was time for breakfast. I made Olaf waffles and they LOVED them!! Nick is such a picky eater I wasn't sure it he would eat them. I was so glad he liked them!!
We stayed home the entire day and it was perfect. Everyone came to us and we were able to have lots of family time. I cherish every moment with my boys. I know how fast things can change. I don't take a second for granted!
decorating gingerbread houses
December 21, 2014
The boys had fun decorating thier gingerbread houses today. I think they ate more candy than they out on their houses this time! Keagan kept telling me that his icing was stuck, then he would squirt it in his mouth. They were so funny eating all of the candy as fast as they could since they normally don't get much any other time.

Christmas time
December 2014
We started decorating for Christmas late this year. With all of the boys parties moved to the end of their birthday month I seemed to have lost track of time. We are finally finished and the boys are ready to decorate cookies and thier gingerbread houses.

Taevon's new dr
Taevon saw a new Dr today, Dr C, from Riley. It was foe his undescended testes. He was able to only find one and wondered if both dropped at one time. We don't have a lot of good medical records for Tae, so he wants his to have surgery. He stated that undescended testes that never dropped have an increase in testicular coancer. He will be having surgery January 2, 2015. I was hoping he would say it was fine and we didn't need to do nything about it right now, or ever. I hate putting him through a surgery but it is for the best. It is outpatient so we will be home later that night. He also said that he wanted to do an ultrasound of his bladder due to contractures. I am hoping that it is nothing to worry about. Tae has been through enough in his short life. He is the sweetest little boy and his smile melts my heart.
lots of appointments
December 2014
Aaron has had lots of appointments the last few days. His first ons was with Dr C. His heart rate has gone up which is great news. We did however talk about his choking and reflux. Dr C thinks it would be a good idea to get a nissen. We are going to see how the next month goes and then go fro there. His second appointment was with the Endo, Dr R. He had some lab work done and it showed an elevated sodium level, higher than normal for Aaron. Dr R adjusted his DDAVP and he will have some follow up labs in the next few weeks. His last appointment was with Dr K his neuro. We talked about his seizures and sleeping habits. I explained that he never slleps for very long at a tie. Thst his sleep is very restless. She thinks he has sleep apnea and has ordered a sleep study. She thinks this is why he cannot tolerate the medication Onfi. When he is on this med (which is the best for Lennox) his heart rate drops very low, he is very lethargic and very hard to arouse during the day. Dr K stated that Onfi cam make sleep apnea worse. So if he does have it we will ween him off the low dose that his body tolerates. We are hoping that if he sleeps better we will see less seizures. Dr k said sleep and seizures are closely correlated. I hope we are able to find someting that helps him sleep better at night.
