Easter

The boys got up early and were ready for the day. They loved their Easter baskets!

After breakfast the boys went to check on their jellybeans that they had planted last night.

They were thrilled to find that they had turned into tootsie pops. They couldn't wait to pick them! After that we went to grandmas and papas for lunch. The boys had a Easter egg hunt and they had a good time.

I can't believe that school starts tomorrow. I am counting down the days until summer vacation!

Easter at Grandmas and Grandpas

We celebrated Easter with my parents today. The boys were so excited they couldn't wait to get there. Nicholas ate peanut butter and jelly crackers and jello eggs. Keagan ate jello eggs, dressing and applesauce. They were so focused on the Easter Egg Hunt that they didn't want to eat.

They loved searching for their eggs. Nicholas was looking for baseball eggs and Keagan was looking for soccer eggs. It was so fun to watch them run around laughing looking for their eggs.!

After they found all of their eggs they got to turn in their slips of paper for candy. They got M&Ms, peppermint patties, tootsie rolls, hershey kisses and Nick's favorite smarties.

Finally the boys got to go outside and play. They played in the trampoline and blew bubbles. They ran around the backyard laughing and screaming. I love my boys!!

Aaron loves the trampoline!! He says "ba ba" for bounce! He has come so far and he amazes me everyday. I feel so lucky to be his mommy. I have learned so much from this adorable little boy! He is truly a miracle.

Today is the last day of Spring Break. I can't believe how fast this week went. Today we just hung around home and played all day. I love to sit back and watch their imaginations at work.

Keagan loved his lunch and said he wants this everyday! He is so funny!

I can't wait to plan our summer. We are going to have the best time. I still can't believe that Nicholas is going to be in the First grade. I am so thankful that I am able to be a stay at home mommy. I LOVE being at home with my little miracles!!

Space Day

I can't believe that spring break is almost over. We have had so much fun this week and I am looking forwards to this summer. Today was space day. The boys made a solar system that we hung on the wall. They worked so hard coloring and Nicholas wanted them to look just right.

Keagan was so excited for lunch. He could not wait to see what I made him for lunch. He loved it!!

After lunch we made the phases of the moons out of Oreos. The boys could not wait to eat them!

Only a few more days until Nicholas goes back to school. I am counting down the days until summer!!

Grandma's Easter party

Today we spent the day at grandmas. They could not wait for the ice cream  and cupcake party! The boys had fun playing with Ari!

Loving Spring Break

Today we had Easter inspired pancakes. They had cake batter and sprinles in them. Keagan loved them and ate so many I didn't think he would eat any lunch. (but he did!).

The boys had drs appointments today. Nicholas had a recheck for his ear infection. It is finally gone!! He loves going to the dr and looking at all of the instruments. He always asks lots of questions. He loves to learn. Aaron also saw Dr C. He has gained some weight and now weighs 41 pounds!! Everything else looked good. He goes back in another 2 months.

I can't forget about the bunny snacks! I love being a mommy!!

Spring Break

Today is the first day of Spring Break! I am so excited to have all of my boys home. I have lots of fun planned for this week. 

Today we did science experiments. The boys had so much fun. We mad a volcano first. This kept the boys busy for nearly an hour.

I made "fun" food for lunch. We had an Easter theme. Keagan loves "fun food days" Nicholas is not interested in eating any of the things I make. He is the pickiest eater!

After lunch we learned about the weather. We filled up a vase with water and topped it off with some shaving cream (clouds). We added blue food coloring (rain) and waited until the cloud became heavy and it started to rain. They loved it.

Then they decided that we should add some yellow for the lightening.

After all of their hard work they had a great time playing in the backyard. Keagan loves the sandbox and will spend all day in there. Nicholas played with bubbles and on the slide. It is so fun to watch them run around and play together.

What a great day. I am looking forward to the rest of the week and summer vacation!! I love my boys and love being able to spend every minute with them!!
